This weeks thoughts:

Hello again!! So I wanted to do a rly chill post and thought I could give u guys my go to dinner recipe ~aka~ the only thing I know how to make that makes me feel like a chef.

Ingredients: (serves 1-2 but is fairly easy to change for more)

  • 1 baguette (or any stone baked bread) 🥖

  • 1 can of sardines (or any canned fish in oil)

  • 1/2 a tomato 🍅 (or a box of cherry tomatoes)

  • 1/2 a cucumber

  • 1 teaspoon of pesto

  • A bit of vinegar/ olive oil/ lime juice

I feel like I'm a cooking show host

How to:

  1. If ur using an oven preheat it so it's hot (idk around 160°C) otherwise use an air fryer

  2. Slice your baguette into 5 biteable pieces

  3. Mash and spread the fish onto each piece (the extra oil on the fish is fine let it soak into the bread)

  4. Put the bread into ur air fryer or oven for a few minutes to make the bread go crispy

  5. Dice the tomato and cucumber

  6. Mix the tomato, cucumber, pesto and vinegar/olive oil/lime together in a bowl

  7. Take the bread out of the air fryer and add the pesto mixture on top of each piece

  8. Enjoy!!!
